Here are some of the questions we have received from our customers. We hope these questions and answers will be useful in understanding our services.

Q. I am interested in the rose quartz and germanium bedrock mist bath. Are there showers and amenities available? Is there anything I should bring?

A. We have one shower available. (Body soap, shampoo, conditioner, unscented soap is also available.) We also have a dryer, lotion, milky lotion, sun screen, BB cream, body cream, cotton swabs, cosmetic cotton prepared for your use.
If you have any allergies, you are free to bring your own.

Q. Can I take the bedrock bath and receive a massage while I am menstruating?

A. Thai massages can be received during menstruation. The massage can also soothe menstrual pain.
The rose quartz and germanium bedrock bath has effect on female hormones, causing menstrual blood to flow stronger than usual. The bedrock bath is recommended after your menstruation period is over.

Q. This is my first time receiving a traditional Thai massage. Does it hurt?

A. A lot of people have the image that massages hurt due to television influence. During Thai massage, the body is moved according to each individual’s physical condition and muscles. Some who have stiff muscles or who don’t exercise at all may feel some pain. But do not worry. The massage and stretches are never forced and done according to the individual’s condition.

Q. I will like to receive both a facial (face kassa) and the Thai massage. Is it okay if I wear make up?

A. During the facial, massage cream will be applied to your face. After the facial is over, we will have a powder room or a mirror available. Please apply lotion to cosmetic cotton and wipe off the cream. We will not apply cream to your eyes, so fixing your make up should not be so difficult.
